"The room is quite big. We were a party of 4, so the room had 2 beds and 2 Japanese futons, which were all very comfortable. We went to the hot tub, which was located on the same floor as our room. The communal area was quite clean. Our package includes dinner and breakfast. Both were delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. "

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The design and functionality was unwatched. We had a personal onsen that was better than pictured and the closet and entryway provided lots of storage to keep our suitcases out of sight. I cannot reccomend this place enough. "There are 6 onsens total (2 outdoors, 2 indoors, and 2 private), everyone single one had amazing views. The staff is incredible and so accomodating! I love the personalized touches by the staff. One downside is there are a lot of spiders and roaches outside (definitely none in our room) but that's not a hotel issue and unavoidable since the onsen is in a pretty remote area. "

"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"The location of the hotel is a few minutes away from the lake and the bus stop. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He took us to a few spots to see MT Fuji when he knew we have no car.
