"What a lovely place. I booked really late only a few days in advance but it was no problem. Even checking in 2 hours later than I said due to flight delays. Car park is £10 per which isn’t cheap but hassle free. Check in instructions perfect and when you get in the place is lovely. It’s warm yes but there are fans. The only thing I would say is the noise. Saturday night wasn’t too bad but Friday the pub across the road was playing live music outside (yes outside) till midnight!! Other thing...

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area...

"I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan....

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"Pretty good all round - clean, nicely appointed and comfortable but with one major flaw. The boiler works away all night and with a late night and then an early rise the next day was a little disappointing and made sleeping soundly very difficult. 9/10 with the exception of the boiler noise "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The premium room with a king bed was wonderful. It had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The evening meal was very tasty as was the breakfast. No complaints at all. I will definitely stay again."

"This hotel is connected to terminal 5 at Heathrow. We spent 2 nights in order to visit some friends before traveling back home. The hotel is clean with large beautiful rooms. Breakfast is expensive so we walked to Terminal 5 and had a continental breakfast at the coffee place inside. It was nice watching planes take off and sipping coffee with our rolls and fruit. One night spontaneously jumped on the underground which is in the Terminal and made our way into London. Easy and convenient. Our only hiccup was getting an Uber to our friends. The Hotel has a gate control where every has to take a ticket. We did not know that the Hotel has to validate the ticket in order for the driver to not have to pay. It took extra time to get it figured out. We knew better the next time and warned the driver on the app."
