"Close to Legoland Windsor, Caroline has created a comfortable, stylish, yet homely bed and breakfast. We stayed in the lodge where we had kitchen facilities which was well equipped. Spacious bedroom/living area. Popped over the road to the pub for pudding and a sneaky drink. The following morning, we were greeted with a smile and an array of continental offerings to start before tucking into a great cooked breakfast with beautifully poached eggs. Great stay."

"The accommodation were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the dining options. I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful breakfast, but it would be wonderful if the restaurant and bar remained open for a longer period. Having them close at 6 PM required me to venture into the nearest town for dinner, which was less than ideal. "

"One night stay for work, free parking on drive. Nice reception from Helen. I was in room 1, which had a little fridge in room with fresh milk within. Room had a desk in it to work at, as well as another chair to sit in. Ensuite was good with large shower. TV on wall was okay, bed was comfortable. "This is such a quaint place. our room was wonderful. The manager let us store our luggage in her office so we didn't have to lug it all up the stairs. The food at the pub was great! Would definately stay there again. "

"The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...

"Our stay here was a last minute decision to take the stress out of a morning long haul flight and it was perfect. Booked on Christmas day and still received immediate and helpful responses from the owner. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of off road parking. "I really enjoyed my stay there. The actual rooms themselves were great. Super clean, lots of space. The entrance kind of looks like a prison, and was a little off-putting when I arrived. Also, it’s by a bar called the Purple Turtle. It’s LOUD! Not the music, but the people who go to the bar. It’s roust, and I had the pleasure of being woken up around 3am each day to people screaming and yelling. Bring your ear plays to drown them, and the busses that pass through there out. "

Great stay

"Hotel is very large, really helpful check in. I would be mindful if disabled etc to let them know as hotel is so big you could be a distance away. We had a problem after getting to room and we notified them, it was very quickly resolved. We ate at the Beaumont restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very family friendly, very good value for money (under 5s eat free) it has a specific junior section which was great. The restaurant is buffet style for all meals and plenty of choice and always fully stocked/replenished. I thought drinks were reasonably priced too. Breakfast again was great, buffet style and plenty of choice. We were asked if we had an allergies. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfy (very big bed), had all the things you’d expect hairdryer, iron, safety dep box. Had a great view of the grounds (which are lovely). We were in the newer building, it has a link passageway, not a huge walk but again consider your mobility and letting them know when your booking. Staff are friendly. We used the pool it was warm, lots of floats etc, family friendly and chairs to watch if you don’t want to swim, they have towels you can use, changing rooms clean and well equipped (no money needed for locker). There is a gym, we didn’t use. Plenty of parking and lots of local places of interest to visit Would definitely visit again. "
