The little touches, fresh flowers, fruit, bottled water, wood and everything we needed to have s’mores by the fire were perfect additions. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a bonus. Heidi and Chris were wonderful hosts and always answered any questions I had, immediately. I would highly recommend this perfect escape, the fall views were incredible too! We will most certainly be back....

The house has everything you could need for hosting family or a group of friends. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, helpful when we needed them, and otherwise unobtrusive. "This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. "
