"Our five night stay at this wonderful home on Cayuga Lake was outstanding. The property is clearly a 10! The home is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, extremely clean, and so comfortable. The views of the lake are truly spectacular. We loved the two-sided gas fireplace and living areas. The master bedroom, closet, and master bath are extremely spacious. "The photos don’t do this property justice. It was much nicer than expected. Very clean and comfortable. Many thoughtful details like nightlights in bathrooms and charging cords at night tables. This is our 6th VRBO rental in Ithaca and easily one of our favorites."

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"A sweet conglomeration of tiny lodgings on a day camp tucked in the woods just 20 minutes from downtown Ithaca. Owner made us zucchini & blueberry pancakes and coffee for breakfast, just because. Good vibes, would stay again. "

"This house was absolutely as advertised, secluded perch high over east shore of Cayuga. Base here for FLX wine exploration maybe not as good as Seneca (if that is your thing), but the access to water and the peaceful nature of well-appointed lake house was well worth it. Greg was very patient and communicated well. "

"We had a wonderful time! House was just what we wanted. Loved that we were could go out for some day trip activities and come back and relax. Very cozy, and welcoming home. We played some of the games and just relaxed. Lots of restaurants near by. "

"If I could rate this beautiful home a 10/10 I would, everything was picture perfect! The little touches, fresh flowers, fruit, bottled water, wood and everything we needed to have s’mores by the fire were perfect additions. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a bonus. Heidi and Chris were wonderful hosts and always answered any questions I had, immediately. I would highly recommend this perfect escape, the fall views were incredible too! We will most certainly be back....
