Overall, not a bad place. The rooms are a little dated and could use maybe a remodel. The waterpark is not very big, but it is quite fun. Great slides, nice wave pool and the outdoor pool with indoor access is a nice touch, though I wish it was a tad warmer. Great indoor/outdoor hot tub! Room had a decent dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator. The Murphy bed was actually pretty comfortable. So, all in all a nice place.

Everything you need for a quaint getaway. Worked with me on an early check in, staff was wonderful, food was great! Only bad thing was the hair dryer, which could definitely use an upgrade!! But the resort is so relaxed your hair doesn’t matter at all!

Love Hope Lake Lodge. Rooms are so comfortable. Nice to have a kitchen. Convenient to visit SUNY Cortland.

The property and our suite were really nice. The staff isn’t the friendliest. They seemed bothered by the guests. I also left 2 messages prior to checking in and didn’t receive a call back. No one answers the front desk phone. The property though is beautiful, Carvers was fantastic and the rooms are clean. Would definitely stay here again.
