"Great resort for family "

"Right from the check in the staff made our visit special. I had some concerns with how the rooms were booked and the Expedia representative addressed them immediately and the help of our check in person. They were able to have our two rooms together to be closer to our girls. The food was great at the park buffet for breakfast and lunch. Miguel was our waiter for most of the days. He always as cheerful and attentive. All the themed restaurants were top notch. Our personal favorite was the Peruvian restaurant. Oh and If you book through Expedia, we got a beach themed dinner, which was also amazing. Speaking of Expedia, if you book through them, the grand Sirenis had special food and really gave us special attention. The beach was awesome, great food options down there and some nice snorkeling. The dive shop guys were also awesome. We dove on day using the resort. Good guys and convenient diving options. Only critique would be I was unable to book before I arrived, so I did find other options before to make sure I secured enough dives for my family. Overall great place to stay, great people, great food. Thanks for a great holiday. "

"Definitely worth the price! The hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the free breakfast. Get the chilaquiles! The rooftop is also very fun and we loved the plunge pools. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We only had one problem with the water leaking out of the shower area into the outside kitchen area, even with the door shut. Hopefully they fix the door to the shower so it doesn’t keep happening. Overall, a great stay"

"This hotel is beautiful!!! We stayed in the one bedroom two floor with a pool. It was very quiet and private. Food was one of the best we ate during our stay from the restaurant serving lunch. We didn’t try the sushi place. The staff goes above and beyond. Maximus greeted us each morning with the nicest smile and recommended places to eat. After our stay, our rental’s battery died and we had to ask for help, 3 grounds/maintenace workers rushed in to help. I am so thankful for them! All around a very wonderful experience. Would stay here again!"
