"Fantastic stay. So convenient, lovely decor lovely staff, room was gorgeous, bed was comfortable, spotlessly clean, didn’t have to pre book parking just turned up and paid for 3 days parking. Walk to the airport about 5 mins. We would definitely stay at this hotel again Ate at the pan Asian restaurant, was just ok, for the price expected it to be amazing, v expensive for what it was. "

"Ok the good points first of all. The staff at this hotel are absolutely excellent and went out of their way to help out and offer a really good service The room itself is a little bit dated, but I would still class it as good so shame that they can't put in new plugs and are running on still a lot of the old round pin plugs The bed was very very hard but overall I thought the room was satisfactory breakfast was excellent and a really good range of food. "The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Only the service in the restaurant and the restaurant menu let it down. The waiter was surly, slightly rude to my wife (we noticed him ignoring a woman in favour of a man on another table, so it wasn’t just us). Also, I asked about allergens as I’m gluten intolerant, but they hadn’t got a clue and there were no gluten free options on the menu. Given the choices locally, I probably wouldn’t stay again "

"For a budget hotel, you got what you paid for at this hotel. The person checking in before us had a problem so it meant we had to wait a while to check in - which is fine, these things happen, but it would have been nice if the member of staff had apologised for our wait when it got to our turn. "I am impressed with the level of cleanliness within the apartment and the room I stayed in. It was also easy to self chekin. Two things I wasn't particularly impressed about were: 1. the stairs leading up to the apartment looked really untidy, greatly contrasting with the neatness within the apartment. 2.
