"Pool hours not listed prior to stay; palm from palm tree fell on a member of my party; room was musty and carpet had stains; pool was ok, terrible service and staff- taking pictures without consent etc; overall terrible experience, did not even stay the night! "

When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."
