"I have stayed in this neighborhood before. Very quiet. A coworker and I had a class nearby. This unit fit our needs perfectly with everything we needed for a short stay. A couple chairs and small table would be nice on front porch. A regular size trash can and trash bags would also be nice. Will return when future continuing education classes in the area arise."

"Property was clean and instructions prior to arrival were clear. Property and appliances are near new. Great lounge with electric recliner seats was perfect to relax at the end of a long day. Stayed here for a junior golf tournament at Mission Inn about 10 mins drive away. Was perfect for this. The property is located in a new development on the edge of Tavares, very quite community. "We were pleasantly surprised with this cute little condo. The updates made were perfect! The location near the river and pool were perfect!
