"Everything I possibly needed was available, I never had to ask. Patio was perfect for relaxing with a beverage or letting my dog romp around. Just beware as others have said, you can hear the owners through the walls fairly well, so they can hear you, but it wasn't obtrusive. Also, their dog barked alot when they weren't home, whenever my dog rattled his dog tags. We just turned up the TV, though, so their pup wasn't as reactive. "This is a great location. Heart of Mt Dora is a short walk away. There is a coffee shop really close. There are grocery stores right down the street. I grew up in Orlando so I have been coming to Mt Dora for decades. It was so nice to walk right out of my door to enjoy it. Keep in mind that this cottage is a little tight for taller people like me. Just have to pay attention to head clearance"
