"The home is as pictured --beautiful and comfortable. It is stocked with everything you might need, especially the kitchen, so it is very easy to settle in quickly. The location is great with easy access to amenities (e.g., the pool), stores (grocery, etc), and situated relatively close to the 3 main squares of the Villages. It is also in a neighborhood that is easy to walk around. We were visiting family and had a great trip."

You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!"

"This was a great place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in The Villages over a long weekend. We had use of a golf cart, were close to Spanish Springs town square. The property was as advertised and expected, all the basics provided and very clean. Good value for the nightly price.The property manager checked in while we were there and was quick to respond to questions."

"The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"The house was not large, but well laid out and felt spacious. It was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked. There was an abundance of dishes, cooking supplies and kitchen utensils. There were also bathing products and cleaning materials provided. All we needed to add in the 2 weeks we were there were a few rolls of toilet tissue. One disappointment was that The Villages required us to purchase visitor passes in order to use the pool. That cost us $53.50 for the 12 day period that we had left...
