"The host and property were so friendly and helpful. We loved the room, having AC, and the proximity to all the great historic museums and piazzas we wanted to see in Florence. The breakfast arrangements were a little confusing, but that didn’t take away from the great overall experience. "

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"We stayed in room 3. The room was spacious and very clean. The restroom was also very clean. The shower doesn’t have anywhere to put your shampoo bottles so it was kinda difficult having to put everything on the floor when taking a shower. Another thing I did not love was the fact that they don’t let you control the AC system. We got there on March 20ish, a very sunny day and, after traveling and climbing 4 sets of stairs, we found a very hot room, literally 29C. I was told that they have the...
