"Ideally located if you want to climb up the Florence Dome in the early morning. It is only two minutes away from the entrance gate. The staff was very kind and helpful. I heartily recommend you this guest house. Just keep in mind that they do not have an elevator (a lift). So you need to go up the stairs before getting to the front desk. "

"What an excellent stay. The palazzo was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is beautiful old world Italian classic but chic style. Each room is beautifully decorated. I was in the blue room. The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. Morning breakfast tailored to your needs.The location is on point, smack in the middle of town."

"Artemide Guest House is more of a completely remote hotel. We didn’t see any staff besides housekeeping and you’re given all the instructions to check-in on WhatsApp the day before. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath suite which was huge and having two bathrooms was great. Didn’t have much contact with reception but enjoyed our stayed. Shopping and restaurants all around. Would stay again."

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey.
