"The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"Our family of 4 stayed here for Easter weekend and it was such a pleasure. The entire experience was amazing from booking to checkout. The house is exactly as described, and pictured. It was in impeccable condition and super clean. It only has on street parking but that was never an issue as there was always space in front of the house. Kitchen dishes, glassware and utensils for 10 and appropriate cookware for being able to cook a meal. I highly recommend this house!"

"Such a cute little place, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Drive way needs some work and doesn’t work well for larger vehicles. Had to pick up the rugs because loose rugs on hard floors don’t work well with wheeled luggage but there was enough space for my crew and we would stay again."

"This house is amazing.. the bedrooms are spacious and the ceilings are high so it makes it seems even larger. The kitchen is a bit small but the decor and separate dining area make up for it. The appliances are great, especially the coffee machine! The alarm/lock system is a little wonky and I wish there was more resources available like, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. The neighborhood is a little off putting but we didn’t have any problems. It’s very accessible to...

"The home was nice, comfortable and approximately a 15min walk to the Congress World Center, which was where we needed to be.The snacks and bottled water were a nice touch as well and I was thankful for the Keurig and coffee cups. The only issue was that the home only has 1 TV (in the sitting area) and none in the bedrooms. The listing did not mention this and needs to. "

"The property is well located in midtown with enough space for my husband and I, my brother and 7 year old boy. The little things are thought of for short stays of like having washer tabs for the laundry, enough toiletries and towels. The decor is nice and makes you feel homey. Communication is great! "I really enjoyed my stay! It was easy finding my way around; house had all things needed for stay. The host was very quick to respond to any little inconvenience I had and did not make me feel like a bother at all! Overall, this will always be where I stay in Atlanta."

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the loft. The loft was just as advertised and is situated in the heart of City. Despite the code not initially working, the property owner was very on top of it and had it reset within seconds when I called. The only complaint I had was that at the time, the weather turned cold and with it being such a big space, it took a long time to heat the loft. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely book again. "

Nice time in Atlanta, nice hotel

"I stayed in Atlanta for two nights. I had never visited Atlanta before but just passed through. I had acquired some hotels.com gift cards through some surveys that I took and got points for, that I redeemed for these gift cards. And this is the hotel that I chose. I have never been disappointed in Hyatt properties. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was good. The staff was very nice. They let me keep my bag in their storage room before check-in, and let me keep it there after check-out, as I still had some things to do before going back to the airport. I did not get a chance to go swimming, but it looked like a nice pool. "
