"Property was very nice. The WiFi did not connect in living room and Emily volunteered to have someone look at it . We declined because we were out on most days and did not feel comfortable if we were not there. Maybe all tvs should be checked before check in. Overall it was a nice stay. Although coffee shops and grocery stores are 20 minutes walk and 10 min drive."

The area is not the cleanest but looks to be up and coming with a lot of new construction. Only downside to this house is that the mattresses are super soft which was really uncomfortable,"

"We evacuated here from Florida’s hurricane Milton last minute. The communication with Josh was effortless and he was very responsive . The townhouse is right in the Atlanta downtown area, but is was very safe and very quiet. I slept like a baby on the big tall comfortable bed. The kitchen is very sweet and the neighborhood was so close to Zoo Atlanta that we walked. We fell in love with the city of Atlanta and would love to come back again to visit. "

"We came to go to Fernbank History Museum and Fernbank Science Center. This location was very convenient to everything we needed. One of the reviews said something negative about the street traffic but we came and left at different times of day and we never had any problems. The house was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! We will be coming back to stay soon! "

"I recently rented this VRBO for a weekend getaway with friends. The location was convenient – just outside Atlanta and close to 85, which made getting around easy. The house was mostly clean and provided a comfortable stay. We did encounter a few dead bugs, and some active bugs, which was a bit off putting. However, these minor issues didn’t significantly impact our overall experience. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay, and appreciated the proximity to the city and the surrounding areas."
