"Lovely hotel and nice spacious room, comfy beds and great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here longer when back this way. Loved the pool area and hot tub. If you have a car, there is a charge of 15 NZ dollars a night for the car park. Not necessarily a negative but there is nowhere else nearby to park your car so it’s just something to factor in. "

"Friendly welcome from reception staff. Very helpful. Room was good size and had everything that you required. Exceptional view. Restaurant was fully booked so recommend that you book in advance. However we were accommodated in the bar lounge. Good choice of wine and bar snacks that sufficed as an evening meal. Comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with lovely toiletries. Again book the hot soak tubs in advance. Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and again great service. "

Alerted the management and seems it will be well taken care of. Still walkable distance from downtown. Very quiet environment. Excellent property conditions and utensils."

"I have tried several times to contact them for checkin procedure, but I didn't receive ant reply via email or phone for a week. I asked Expedia's customer service to help me, and they said no reply from hotel as well. finally, I received their email on the date that I am going to checking in. Wifi speed is not stable and sometime I couldn't receive it in the room. Kitchen is for boiling water and making the tea. Don't expect to cook scramble eggs for breakfast.
