"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, but definitely needs some TLC. That did not deter from the beauty of the water below. We saw a turtle nearly everyday. It was a great place to visit all the sites nearby and we enjoyed the small town of Pahoa. The house was furnished well. Kitchen well stocked. We were grateful for the washer and dryer as well! All in all, very relaxing. The beds were good. We had one night that was very wet and it was a little humid in the house. But listening to the waves hit those rocks put me to sleep everytime! Thanks Liv!"

"Great Hotel. Definitely would stay again. Love the proximity to the airport, downtown Hilo, Coconut Island, restaurants and parks. A little nosy by most hotels are. I appreciated the ladies at the front desk, upon check in, sharing their knowledge of the hotels history (many renovations and buildings later, the first building was housing for workers; so many transformations). And the free beverage (kombucha). Mahalo nui loa! "

"The Inn is on a beautiful property that is accessed via a gate protected private road. The waterfall is amazing and very peaceful. It is not your standard hotel as there is no TV or standard amenities, however there is a common area kitchen space with shared refrigeration and appliances."
