"I booked a room for one night for an event in Knoxville. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping and would have been walkable to the concert if not for frigid temperatures and icy sidewalks. Hotel appeared very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable with 4 pillows each. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel if you need a place in downtown Knoxville. "

"This hotel was amazing. First time staying in Knoxville area. The front desk staff was very helpful very friendly. Any question I had they answered didn’t know this place had a full bar and restaurant and they had karaoke. The bartender. Manny was amazing the female bartender as well just a great time. Stayed there for three days. Definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the Knoxville area. "

"Excellent property. I really enjoyed my stay with my pup. Very pet friendly. Clean, comfortable, great staff. The woman who runs the breakfast bar was amazing. She kept the area tidy, stocked, and hot. She was available if you needed something. Front desk staff was great too. The only negative is that there is no designated outdoor pet relief area. There is a nice strip of grass in the rear of the property but you have to walk through a big parking lot. I felt unsafe going out there especially at night. It was also raining which made it even more challenging to get out there. Overall I would stay there again. "
