"My mother and I stayed in one of the twin rooms. We where greeted at reception by Gracie, who was delightful, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. The dining, again all the staff are so happy and helpful, my mother was made to feel very comfortable and special. Our twin room was gorgeous, fantastic bed, crisp white linen, a fridge and safe too....
