"Parking ridiculous,no wifi in room ,had to reserve diningim an empty restaurant made no sense ,we drove to Jardim do mar for dinner . Asked about an iron for clothes and got biggest attitude from personell! Spacious room and was clean ,shower worked well no issues! Wouldnt stay there again"

Mini studio on se sent vraiment à l’étroit, une cuisine pas entretenue (placard poussiéreux avec araignées), la vaisselle pas propre. La salle de bain est plutôt propre par rapport au reste. Un cafard nous attendait dans la douche. Bref regardez bien les avis mais ne comptez pas sur un 3 étoiles"

Petit déjeuner parfait pour le dîner manque de choix pour les enfants qui n aiment pas forcément les plats sofistiqués. "Lovely small town of Prazeres with multiple excellent restaurants and a lovely well appointed house. Very clean & spacious for the 4 of us with outside space for relaxing in the evening. Air Con was a blessing ! One improvement would be a more modern smart TV to access Netflix etc especially for the youngsters, other than this its perfect."

"I have mixed feelings about our stay at Joao's place. We were a bit disappointed to find the state of the place; we emailed the landlord but he did not respond until Vrbo contacted him. Positive: - location: the view over the ocean is spectacular! - silence: it is a quiet area, only residential. aside from a couple of dogs once in a while, there is no outside noise - sleep quality: the (hard) mattresses worked a charm and we slept really well - good fun with the table tennis in the common...

"We had a fantastic stay with Maria. The rustic property was in a cute, quiet, and private location with an amazing view of the ocean. Easy parking was available below the church, which was a 5-minute walk away from the property. The garden and view were highlights of the property that we will always remember. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to anyone wanting to visit Madeira."
