"All of the staff were lovely and friendly. The waiting staff at meals were polite, cheerful and attentive. There was always a broad selection of food options at the buffet in addition to the show-cook options. Rooms well prepared and maintained and the underground parking a handy feature. "

"My family and I rented this villa for a full week, and we could not have asked for a better stay. 1- The villa is one of the cleanest we’ve had in our time renting vacation homes. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could need, which was fantastic for us as we love to cook. Each room is provided with plenty of towels, and the A/C in each room is extremely effective. As soon as you turn it on, your room is cold within 5 minutes. We loved the balconies attached to the rooms, the spacious luxury bathrooms and massive closets. Usually there are some rooms in houses that aren’t as good as others, but in this house, all of them felt like primary suites. 2- We loved the outdoor space - we opened all the doors during the day and spent our time swimming in the heated infinity pool, tanning on lounge chairs, eating outside, and admiring the view. There is not much traffic passing by the house so you don’t hear many cars. 3- Monique was so incredible helpful, from our arrival to departure she helped us with anything we needed. She prepared a welcome basket when we arrived, brought us a full knife set when we shared we’d be cooking a lot, and gifted us some fresh mangoes at our arrival and departure. She helped us organize taxis when we were in a pickle with our rental car, provided us with many recommendations for restaurants, groceries, activities, hikes, etc., around the island, and was very responsive. We couldn’t recommend it more highly! We’ll definitely be back."

"Exceeded my expectations. The property is a bit dated / could use some upkeep, eg. caulking in the showers. However the property itself, views, pool, grounds was just incredible. Food at breakfast was also very good, staff was helpful. Really glad we stayed! "

"Set high up on the side of a mountain, you have beautiful views from your room and property. The rooms are older but go with the setting and are very comfortable. The staff is outstanding. Graciela and Brayanni were so helpful and fun to talk to. They both truly made our stay incredible. There is a daily breakfast, which was outstanding. There is wine, beer, and other spirits that can be purchased on premises during your stay. The pool was wonderful, but if you don’t like pools, ask for some beach towels and head to one of many beaches. If you like cats, there are some to great you everyday. They were so sweet and friendly. "

"We had a group of 8 family members and friends. The property is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets and an amazing infinity edge pool. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and plentiful. Very clean with a lovely kitchen. We were given a hearty appetizer to welcome us to our Madeira vacation. We all had an adventure finding the house due to steep domestic streets and limited google maps. The owners were helpful and gracious guides. It was a wonderful experience."
