We were told that the hotel couldn't make any of that happen at the time we made our reservation, so we weren't expecting it. But the early check in and connecting rooms is just what we wanted and that wonderful agent at the front desk made it happen. "

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice - not particularly large but clean and well-designed with good views. Great experience overall. "
