"The staff at our checkin was very helpful and actually taught us about albino redwoods and how to find one, which we followed his instructions and got to see it in person! If not for him, we would have totally missed out on this once in a lifetime experience. 5 stars to the staff. As for the fscility, our room was clean but there was this smell of strong cleaner and/or mildew maybe during our 2 night stay that kind of burnt my throat and nostrils while we were in the room, so that made it a...

"Comfortable stay."

"Large sized room (King Bed). The carpet could really use updating as well as the refrigerator provided in the room. I could not open the fridge door all the way because it hit the floor and would get stuck. Room was clean, gave us plenty of towels, coffee maker worked. If the beds were updated we would stay again but until then I will pass as I don't like feeling the springs of the mattress. "
