Everything is clean enough but a little run down. I am a little annoyed about the "extra guest fee"--it's a room with two beds and there were two people in the room, what extra guest are you talking about??? Aside from that, it was okay value for the money."

"We stay overnight regularly in Eugene to attend events at the Hult Center. This was our first time at the Campbell House and we will make it our regular overnight stop from now on. The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly and attentive (I love well-trained staff!), and the breakfast really good! We did stay in a room in the carriage house that was on the lower level. It was fine for over night, but with only one window and a little dark. If we were staying for more than a quick overnight I...
