Absolutely beautiful property and amazing staff. Our stay was unexpectedly extended due to a flight delay and the staff was fantastic helping us extend our room. We can’t say enough about the service and personal touches this property offers. Great location with some amazing food options in walking distance as well!! Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Staff were courteous and helpful, check-in and check-out and valet parking were a breeze, the room was cozy and comfortable and nicely decorated. The butler’s cabinet is a nice feature and the in-room amenities were very nice. Conveniently located near to shopping, food and the Hult Center. I wish the windows could be opened for a bit of fresh air—the room felt a bit stuffy sometimes, especially after a hot shower, when it took a while for the humidity to clear. And some of the shelves in the closets and bathroom were quite dusty. But these are minor complaints and we would absolutely stay there again.

The room and bath were spacious and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The train noise at night was a little distracting but we did get to sleep. I would stay at the Inn at the 5th again.

The Hotel was very nice and exceeded my expectations. All of the Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. Adam in Maintenance and Daniel in Valet were very helpful and Hope at the front desk was incredible. I would definitely stay at the Hotel again when in Eugene.
