"Great remodel of a motel. Only issue was the window unit Heat/AC ….. couldn’t regulate temperature of room for long so we heard the unit turn on and off all night. Very sweet (free) amenities left in room; drinks/snacks. Perfect place for a one night stay. Felt safe even though the surrounding area isn’t too “pretty”"

"This isn't the 4 seasons, but it fits its need if you need a clean place to sleep and shower. Only real complaint is its proximity to the street and train tracks. Extremely noisy traffic and train sounds like it's in your room."

"This property offers a basic no frills accommodation for a stay close to downtown Eugene. The rooms are small but very clean and the owners are very nice and accommodating. The area can get a little loud at times, but that is expected near the downtown area. I will stay at this property again."
