Staff was wonderful and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the restaurants around the area. The room was clean and cozy. Only thing was they could have had a better shower head. But the water was hot and had great pressure.

This time I did advance check-in, save lots of time and I will continue to do this in the future. Room nice and clean (king room-no smoking), hot tub perfect, but pool very cold (my last visit 3 weeks ago pool temp perfect). Enjoyed the breakfast again--I will continue to stay here (this was my fourth time in one year).

Everything was clean. All staff was friendly, prepared, anticipating & offering before i even asked. Small pool, hot tub (hot!) & gym clean, towels stocked and open 24hrs. Breakfast was hot, plentiful Great set up for families. Windows opened to pond, ducks. Quiet.

They need to clean the pet rooms better. They smell of dog pee! We were moved to another room, and although it smelled better, the vinyl skirting around the bed and some walls were sprayed with urine!
