"This is a fantastic little vintage motel with excellently renovated rooms - very comfortable beds, small living space, relaxing lighting. It was perfect for my stay because of easy walking to both downtown and the university. The staff were welcoming and personable, especially Martha and James, who heped me at check-in and throughout my stay on details like breakfast, extra tea for my room, and parking. "I just stayed at the Campbell House for the 5th time. Every time we drive from CA to WA and back we intentionally drive through Eugene just so we can stay at Campbell House. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is AMAZING, and being greeted at reception with a glass of wine is such an elegant touch. They are also pet, including cats!, friendly. The icing on this cake is that their pricing is really reasonable. "
