"Hotel itself was great. Had dinner from the restaurant, it was good. They kindly packed it to go so I could eat upstairs. I was there with my dog, the lower rating for “area around property” was due to lack of a good place for him to walk. It was a little sketchy and there was nothing marked for a dog area. "

"Had some kids prank calling the room and the mattress was a little stiff. Parking isn't the greatest due to the configuration of the lot. "

"The room was disgusting. There was someones old shorts under the bed skirt, and sweat stains on the mattress that were very visible through *hopefully* clean sheets. There was hair left in the shower. Cleanliness 0/10. I slept fully clothed, and actually looked around for bed bugs. All that being said- the staff was pleasant, and we were in a pinch to find some where to sleep on a road trip, so we had to take what we could.... I wish we would have just kept driving."

"We had a work function in downtown Eugene and decided to get a room instead of going home. We were met with a very welcoming hello. Check in was fast and we were shown to very nice room. Breakfast is included with your stay. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and warm. The food and coffee were very good. Great stay all in all."
