"Great hotel with friendly staff, pleasant 14th floor bar, cocktail Aviation is prefect. Food in the 1st floor restaurant is also good and fresh. However no water in room at all even in small bottle, no cap for dush, no bath robe, note please, no bath robe it is not about Hilton. Why I prefer Hilton if I have choice, firstly because ideal proportion price-quality, secondly because standard and, first of all, it is an internal lock you can use to block the door inside, it is for safety and, secondly, bath robe for comfort and, of course some water reserve to drink, at least small still and sparkling. "St. David hotel is very quaint, offering a very quality experience at a good price. It's a 2min walk to Paddington Station and I also found it easy to catch a black cab at the Hilton next to the station. Very quiet and safe area. I will always choose this over paying more to stay in the chaos of central London. St. David is not a good place for families and young children. Perfect for solo travelers, travelers with a friend (two twin beds were perfect for us) and for couples. "
