"Hotel style was very dated. Spacious public areas but no one was in them so seemed deserted. No fun or vibe. Color of the walls leading to our room (pale yellow) was very cold. Room was depressing. Bathroom very cluttered with stuff and fixtures (toilet and shower) were old. Really didn't enjoy relaxing in the room."

"The hotel has a super location and one can walk everywhere. The stay was like being in someone’s residence. Very warm and welcoming snd beautifully decorated. Food and drinks were great. Best negronis I have had and artfully presented. Best of all the staff are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful making sure all your needs are met. I would recommend to my friends and be happy to stay on another trip to Lisbon. "
