"Great welcome by staff, shown on city map key places to visit, then taken up to our room on the 'tribal' floor, by Pedro, where he showed us how to operate the air conditioning. Went out exploring, then had a lovely dinner in the hotel's restaurant, came back to our room to find 2 pastas de nata waiting for us (nice welcome touch). Breakfast offered a variety of choices & was regularly replenished, the only issue I had was some sliced tomatoes would be nice, as there only a few half cherry...
