"We were very impressed with the location of this hotel - front row seats to 24-hour ocean waves. There was a glitch with the water/pipes in the wing we were in and we had to move rooms. The staff was apologetic and amazing in their professionalism to find solutions that worked. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony I think.
