"Nice, friendly owners. Only 7 units and the people who stay here seem to all like staying at unique out of the way places. Esterillos Oeste is an out of the way place but there are many expats living here. Nice breakfast brought to you each morning. No running hot water available but it's usually so warm outside, isn't much of an issue. I would stay here again."

"The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "

"This is a great property able to accomodate a lot of people and just a short walk to the beach. We rented a couple golf carts and stayed for a month. The trip was great and I think everyone thought it was the perfect place for us. "
