"A very cute, chic and modern boutique hotel. The hotel itself only has about 11-12 rooms and then they have a lodge a little further down the property. Nice infinity pool & free breakfast every morning was awesome with nice selections as well. You also get a welcome drink upon arrival! "

"Nice, friendly owners. Only 7 units and the people who stay here seem to all like staying at unique out of the way places. Esterillos Oeste is an out of the way place but there are many expats living here. Nice breakfast brought to you each morning. No running hot water available but it's usually so warm outside, isn't much of an issue. I would stay here again."

"The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the stately yellow house by the beach. We appreciated the big water container made ready for our use upon arrival. We were impressed with all the built-ins and the sturdiness of the house. The ACs were efficient and each person could set their optimum temperatures in their bedroom. The beach and the water were wonderful. We highly recommend."

"With AC in every bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach equipment, my family had lots of fun at Casa Sirena. Lilliam, the caretaker, set up hammocks by the beach and cleaned the pool daily. Emily, the owner, was incredibly helpful at recommending and booking fantastic excursions that we all enjoyed. As easy 1.5 hr drive from San Jose, the house was in a great location to explore the wonders of the Pacific coast. Pura Vida!"
