Its an easy walk to groceries, shopping and restauranrs. We love this location and feel very safe. "The moment we walked into the condo we were met with a heinous odor that filled the entire place. It took days for the smell to go away with airing it out and using air fresheners. The smell was seemingly coming from the washer/dryer area which made them unusable, the odor was seriously making us gag (we will come back to this). "The condo is in a nice building but Vacasa did not fix issue we had with no internet and no TV despite my emails, texts and phone call to property manager (number was not active that i had been given). This condo is built for tall people. The bottom cabinet is over 5 feet high so i couldnt reach the dishes and no step stool to be found. Microwave is too high up also. No vent on the dryer so room turned into a sauna when drying clothes. Toilet in master bathroom was broken so had to keep fixing...

"This was a great stay. The pools are beautiful and warm, comfortable rooms, the beach is great for boogie boarding or surfing (bought a boogie board for $8USD at Maxi Pali). The beds could have better mattresses, but there were lots of details that show a caring owner, from beautiful shampoo and conditioner, a well stocked kitchen, and a brand new sponge for dishes. This was our most comfortable stay for our family of 5 in two weeks of traveling with several accommodations. The A/C was great....

"I've never been so pleased by a reservation I've made until I checked into this one. I am assuming this condominium is fairly new and it shows. Amazing location to the beach and to the main strip.
