"So we had a terrible occurrence, Due to NO control, and natural flooding in fort lauderdale , all our fights were canceled and couldn't make the trip. We had their JACO tour agent ask if we can get credit for the night we lost if we can make it there and if we can get the difference back from the 12 people that were NOT able to attend . AND the owner SAID NO. We wish we could have seen the property but working with the owner wasnt helpful at all"

"We throughly enjoyed everything about this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 5 nights in the loft on the 5th floor with a 13 year old and an 11 year old. Ocean is right down the road as is the main strip with all of the restaurants and shops. The 7 breakfast options every morning were good and the service was good and fast. We will stay again "

"Is not a fancy hotel. however, has everything you need, clean, good air conditioning and hot water. Pool is perfect, walk easy to the beach. Restaurant and bar near the pool. The restaurant has good food but not a big selection but you always can order out to be deliver. Do not let the entrance turn you off. Is a really good small hotel."

"We loved our stay at Pumillo Mountain and Beach Resort. We couldn't see the beach from the resort but we really enjoyed the forest- like setting. The rooms were comfortable with a great view of the pool and the foliage. The pool was refreshing, the massages were reasonably priced and incredibly relaxing ( and the massages are done in a beautiful pagoda like structure surrounded by foliage). The dinner and breakfast were very good, as was the service. We will definitely be back!!"

The amenities are top notch, and the staff from the manager to the receptionist to housekeeping were all incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. "I absolutely loved this resort. We got lucky and most of our stay we were one of the few at the resort. The breakfast was amazing, I recommend the complimentary breakfast, it was HUGE and so delicious. The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Staff were all super nice and friendly. I would love this place even more if they had happy hour at the restaurant on the resort. All in all 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend this place. Close to the strip, so many food options near by, night life and super markets. "
