"It is hard for the seniors since there is no elevator on the property. Convenient location to travel around the Puerta Del Sol"

"Patking is an issue, but it is not their fault. All parking is regulated and makes it difficult for any rental. Besides that, great."

"Its a very clean hotel but the only problem was the network connection. Wifi works fine but it was difficult to make regular calls in that building. I had to go outside all the time to make calls. I couldn't get even one network bar on my phone. "

"This apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a few blocks from Atocha Station. Though our stay was brief due to an early train, we found everything in excellent order. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly—a rare and welcome surprise for this type of accommodation in Spain. Highly recommend for anyone needing a convenient and pleasant stopover!"

"The property is excellent. The only negative is that taxis are not able to reach it because the city has turned the entire area into a pedestrian zone. Very inconvenient for disabled people. "
