The center location of this hotel was perfect, few feet from the metro, the only thing I couldn’t sleep it’s in the plaza center so people are out very late! I think the staff overwhelmed with work! Few times I had to walk away from asking about things need it! Bits it’s clean and the room are spacious!

This property is perfect for us because it is close to all the sites. I do agree with other comment that since it is right by the square, it can get a bit noisy at night. It does not really bother me when I was either enjoying it or just too tired and fell asleep.

You can not ask for a more central location with the metro right in front of the hotel. The partying outside goes on all night but the windows were double paned so it didn’t keep us awake. The hotel has extraordinary staff, friendly and helpful.

If you value quiet request an interior courtyard room. The exterior rooms are right on a raucous town square that parties late into the night. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to an interior room with no fuss. 25 min walk to Prada and 25 min walk in other direction to the palace. Great location.
