"Great location, very good breakfast and the hours for breakfast are really good - 6-11 on weekends which is perfect. I paid €15 extra for a late checkout as i had a bike event in the moring of the day i was leaving and it was so colpetely worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful, hotel very nice and clean. Rooms have plenty of space and very comfortable. Shower is also great "

"We were not given the room we booked and paid for. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed - you could hear every word of people talking in the neighboring rooms. However, the staff were LOVELY, amazing location, despite the noise, the room was great - good size and very comfortable. Complimentary wine and coffees were a nice touch. We had a good stay, thank you! "

"This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a part of town that was easy to get around but not too busy. The Receptionist was lovely and friendly,helping us with some suggestions to eat. We were in the family room 4- just beside Reception but not noisy. The Hotel isn’t 5star high end luxury,nonetheless it was comfortable,clean,lots hot water if needed,and overall a good choice for those like us perhaps unable to pay 5star high end prices! "

"Located in the old town area close to several plazas. The hotel is up a steep hill and does not have an elevator. The balcony area overlooked the street and provided views of Al Hambra structures. The staff was friendly and helpful. Garage parking was available approximately 100 meters up the hill from the hotel. "

"Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel situation for me once located. Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony. However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows. The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable ."

"Carmen, the receptionist, was lovely, fun, and informative. The room was right on La Rambla and the only drawback was that pur beds were two separate twins. So hubs and I squeezed into one. ;)"

We texted them during our last day and asked if we could stay another night and it was no problem! They made it all very easy! Walking distance to everything! Central location! "
