"I found the lack of a 24 hour personal presence a bit different as we would normally stay in a hotel or B&B but there were staff around during the day who were approachable. Everything was very clean and the apartment was well fitted. More coffee and tea would have been good though so the small things that you get in a hotel were lacking.
