"Spacious apartment that is certainly big enough for two people and possibly one child on the couch. Modern appliances as well. Safe neighborhood and within a ten minute walk is the famous Cava Alta & Cava Baja, streets that are filled with nothing but restaurants. About 12 minutes to the Metro. Getting into the building & the apartment is a little different but the app works perfectly so there were no problems. Just remember not to let your phone battery run down or you won't get in."

"Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is the best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Everything that a client might need was there from a sewing kit to a shoe horn. The apartment is well situated to walk everywhere. It is on the 5th floor and considering that it is in a busy area, it was very quiet. There is good security. The front desk concierge is very friendly. "

"Three of us stayed 4 days at this property. It’s located at the intersection of two pedestrian only streets with numerous good places to eat and drink. Short distance to larger streets and plazas and good shopping if that’s your thing. The property worked well for us and was clean. It is an older building and it has a little wear visible in places that do not matter, but it has been redone and is in good shape. "This is a 3 bedroom apartment and because the location was only 15 mins walk to the centre of Madrid should have been perfect. However, it was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. The host was courteous but the place was filthy. Wardrobe shelves covered in dust, needed cleaning before putting our clothes away. The kitchen had the previous occupants food in the fridge. If someone called Colin is reading this your pizza is still there! Bedroom drawers were dusty and had bits of rubbish in them....
