"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"We were tourists in Madrid, and this place was perfect for us. It's an apartment with full kitchen access, and our room had a private bath (not all rooms do). Beautiful setting, quiet, great wi-fi (better than in 4 and 5-star hotels we stayed in on our tour) and excellent TV service. There's a grocery store about 4 blocks away. There is no office, so when you arrive, you have to call the manager and tell him you're there. He came in about 10 minutes, and we never saw him again, although I'm sure...

"This is a fabulous property. If you're staying in Madrid the location couldn't be better. The check in and out is super easy, and the apartment was a great size for our family of four. "The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."
