"Even though the carpets were worn the room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us into our room and hour early when we got there. There is no air conditioning so opening the window is the only way to get cool air. There is currently a large construction project behind the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in."

"Perfect for our needs. Room with 4 beds was perfect for teens. Super close to multiple breakfast spots and the underground as well as bus stops. Room was clean. Shower was excellent. Would have liked more space to store items and luggage. Also would have appreciated an ice machine, water fountain, air conditioning and American wash cloths. Staff was super attentive. "

"The staff make this hotel, very efficient and personable which you don’t get in many hotels. The rooms don’t have air con so can be very hot (although fans are provided) Rooms on the main road can be very noisy if you have the window open (needed if hot). Generally though a very nice stay and nice bar/ restaurant area. "

"Really good hotel. Great location only a 15 minute walk into central London or Kings cross. Across the road from Russell Square tube station. Lift in hotel. Bed was so so comfy. Room was clean. Bathroom had a lovely big walk in shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots to do locally, great pubs and places to eat close by. Would stay again."
