"Well presented motel. As a family of 3, we stayed in a room with 2 beds. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Small area with fridge, kettle and microwave. Limited plates but adequate for our needs. No sink so have to wash dishes in the bathroom. Shower was raised and could be tricky for very tall people. About a 1km downhill walk to Westfield Newmarket. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay had a penthouse suite for concert at eden park with 4 beds in one open room. Facility is old but quaint. Room was very very hot even with aircon due to the roof style but had its own balcony. In need of some repair but would stay again for the price. Handy to eden park for reference."
