"The location of this property was perfect as it was central to all the places we wanted to visit. It is street parking only, so keep that in mind. We had three cars but didn’t have too much trouble finding parking spaces. It is dog friendly with a fully fenced in back yard. The only issue was that there is a space between the stair railings outside that a smaller dog could fit through. So we had to keep a close eye on our small pup. Still, it didn’t cause any issues. "Great spot. Beautiful yard, and property. The neighbor was rude and the small child across the street kept putting his hands through the fence, and bothering our dog. Since we are still training our GSD we ended up having to leave early from our stay, because of the nuisance neighbors."

"We truly enjoyed our stay and being outdoor people, we loved the front porch swing and backyard. Comfortable, clean and great for us and our little dog! Neighbors on both side were so friendly, and meeting them was an added bonus."

"Our family really enjoyed staying at the small town escape. It was roomy and clean and had a lot of special decorating touches. I highly recommend staying here! The location is great and fun to walk to downtown Ephrata and the rail trail. The sauna was an awesome touch! "
