Didn't like anything at all. Very dirty, smelly, towels were very dirty, dirty, looks and smell very undesirable, filty. No heat , was broken, bed spread was very dirty and ripped with burn holes,.room was very cold do to broken heat .i had to asked for refund and left.

They have a no guest rule that is not listed prior to booking. Everyone who is sharing the room must be present with I.D. at the same time or you dont get a room. My husband and I were extremely upset about this because he was traveling at a different time thann I was and I needed to check in ao i could shower and chanhe for work. The front desk denied me the roʻoom since she said I was sharing the rrokm, regardless that it was my husband. I find that extremely inconvenient and unreasonable as he should have simply been able to go to the office to provide his own I.D. upon his arrival. This rule should be made very clear on the listing so that people sharing a room can better coordinate their check in together if their schedules conflict. As for the room, it was run- down. Broken lamp shade, dingy towels, and the pillow cases had stains.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Red Carpet Inn. The price was great. The staff were so curtious and helpful in meeting our needs.The property and our room were well cared for and clean. Nice microwave, refridgerator, and TV in our room. I would definitely return here and recommend to others as well. Thank you Red Carpet Inn. Great job!

Beds were comfortable, couldn't tell cleaning person what we needed she didn't understand us. we could have gone to the office but it wasn't that important. wanted a box of tissues. They have a slot for them in the bathroom but they don't give you any. It was clean. Din't like my towel being over top the toilet yuk. Most likely won't stay there ever again.

Photos and descriptions misleading. This is a 1.5 star place. A lot sketchier than photos make it out to be. Was uneasy the whole time. Refrigerator had been turned off to defrost and surprise I came into a room with a puddle in front of it. Dinky walk in shower left me feeling claustrophobic. Check in lobby is kept locked and the desk clerk has to buzz you in. Doesn’t that just make you feel safe, especially with outside entry doors.

Staying overnight before moving my son into his dorm to rest up, but rest was not in the cards. There were dead bugs everywhere, as well a gigantic LIVING hornet on the bedspread. It felt dirty.

I don’t travel much, so there was a lot of sticker shock when I saw pricing that frequently exceeded $500 for a single night in Lancaster. I just wanted to sleep, not buy the place… Red Carpet Inn fit the bill for me. Older, yes, but well maintained and friendly. Will do again

No frills but just fine
No frills but clean and comfortable enough. Both the man who checked us in and the one who checked us out were friendly. Dog friendly as well, so I did hear some barking from a few doors down, and had to listen to a woman berate her husband and children through the thin walls for an hour the following morning. Thats just luck of the drawer however, and very reasonably priced, so I'd stay again if I needed a cheap room at short notice as I did this time.
