"This villa was in excellent shape. All amenities were included as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. The instructions for checking in were a bit confusing. I did not realize that I needed to register at the Omni Resort proper. However, manager, Kay Kinaya quickly responded to my plight and stayed with me on the phone until I found my way. She deserves kudos for outstanding customer service. A great experience overall."

"We loved our stay at Cristina's condo in Cardiff. It's exactly as described--modern, comfortable, and the view is just spectacular. The location is great, walking distance to downtown Cardiff and the beach, and a very short drive to downtown Encinitas for even more dining and shopping options. A couple of things to note--there are quite a few stairs to climb, so maybe a consideration if you have an elderly/disabled person in your party. Also, the road it's next to is quite busy and gets loud...

"Floors dirty. Very quiet until dog started howling at 7am upstairs. I think it was left alone. Water did not go up to the showerhead fully in the only shower. The 2 sliding glass doors had verticle blinds, many of them were broken. missing."

"The condo was just as described. The view of the ocean from the balcony was a wonderful place to watch the sunset. I left the two sliding doors open when I was home and there was always a cool breeze coming into the living room. Very nice kitchen and master bathroom. The condo was equipped with everything necessary to feel like home. Great location in Carlsbad with easy access to restaurants and shopping. I hope to rent the condo again in the future. "
