"Amazing location and a ton of space for a big extended family. House was in mediocre condition, used pretty hard. Seemed not super clean and didnā€™t have some of the things you would hope for in a more expensive rental home, like full shampoos in the showers, batteries in the remotes, etc. But again, canā€™t beat the location and lots of sleeping areas. "Weā€™ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and a lot in this area, this one is by far the best so far. The house had everything we needed. Itā€™s in a great area with so many things near bye that we could walk to. We walked through the lagoon preserve area, walked to the beach, walked to several of our favorite restaurants, and to the market several times. Thereā€™s an incredible park one street over. I canā€™t say enough about this place and about our great host. "

"The house and listing were very accurate - this is a really nice and cozy spot in Cardiff, just up the hill from the beach. The backyard is well appointed with pool, spa, fireplace, and grill. We did pay to have the pool and spa heated for our December trip and that worked out great. It does take the spa 20 minutes or so to get hot, so turn it on up when you arrive! The house was very clean, the bed super comfortable. All the communications with the host were answered and helpful."
