"Conveniently located with covered walkway from the Ratchathewi station. Check in process was seemless, friendly very helpful staff. Room made up every day with fresh sheets, towels and toiletries. Buffet breakfast was great value with a good range of food choices. Checked out at 10.00am, but we didn't have a flight until midnight - so staff safely stored our suitcases after checkout so we could have another full day exploring Bangkok, before returning to pick up our suitcases that night. "

"As expected from a top-tier hotel. Not beyond expectation. The staff is excellent, and the club lounge is big, but there are too few canapés and food offerings. The view from my room on the 50th floor is excellent. It is a city view with one part that can see the park. The room is spacious and has a big sofa and a working table. One flaw I experienced is that I heard a knock, or a kind of hammer knock, 2-3 times at night and in the morning. It may have come from other floors since I opened the door and saw nothing. I can feel that the room is not great in terms of soundproofing. "

"I stayed here for my birthday, and it felt so good, the service is amazing, the room is gorgeous and the view of the city incomparable. I will definitely come back to this hotel, it was perfect and the decoration was stunning, i loved it, the hotel also was really kind to also storage my luggage after my check out to help me out while i traveled to the north of thailand , breakfast was good and the pool omg beautiful. The location of the hotel is unique because is pretty easy to get around different neighborhoods, they gave me a small velvet cake for my birthday, thank you so so much for everything, i felt pretty special "
