"We just returned from an incredible stay at the Puerto Vallarta Hilton with our family, and it’s a hands-down 5-star experience! The pool was a blast for our kids—perfectly suited for them to play and enjoy. The kids’ club was phenomenal; our little ones adored it and still rave about the fun they had there. The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Food was delicious and always available, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. We also loved the hotel’s private beach—so beautiful and well-maintained, it felt like our own slice of paradise. The gym was a pleasant surprise too—spacious, well-equipped, and staffed with pros who kept it spotless. Daily activities added such a fun vibe, from beach games to evening events—there was always something exciting to do. The location is unbeatable, just a quick cab ride to the Puerto Vallarta Malecón and steps from central town. We loved every second and can’t wait to return.
